The data are processed in accordance with the principles mentioned in Article 5 of the RODO in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO in order to service and perform the contract and in order to prepare and present the answer directed through the contact form available on the website.
In accordance with RODO, the data subject has the right to access their data, correct, rectify, erase, restrict processing, transfer and lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, object to their processing, the right to be forgotten.
The collected data will be shared with third parties in the scope of the contract execution; translators, banks, court, witnesses in order to execute the contract and/or based on the entrustment agreement. The administrator will not share the data or transfer it to a third country or international organization.
The data will be kept for the time necessary for the proper performance of the purpose described in paragraph 3 of this clause, for a maximum of 2 years after the end of the service.
Provision of data is voluntary, but necessary to fulfill the purpose of the contract.
Data will not be subject to automated processing, including profiling.
At any time, the person whose data is processed has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of data, but withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of processing that was carried out lawfully before its withdrawal.
